Landed in a Cessna Skyhawk after 8pm on a Sunday, IFR from Victorville. VCV Tower gave me a +/- 1 minute wheels up time and I flew to LAX with no holding or delay vectors. Expect to fly a high speed final, behind a turbojet, to any runway. Be familiar with the South and North ground routes. ATC was incredibly professional and helpful, from SoCal all the way to Clearance Delivery. Atlantic FBO hard to spot from the west, the entrance is small with one lane of traffic only. Departing, complete your run up at the FBO before calling for taxi and expect an immediate turn out after departure. LAX is no trouble for piston singles as long as you stay on your toes.
