Grass was quite well kept, use caution for the tree line located on the North Departure end of the runway

Runway is looking fine…. Much enhanced and routinely being rolled. Landed my B55 today And very smooth rollout Taxiways also in much better condition.

Please use caution on runway. Lots of ruts and potholes, Caused by somebody that does not have any experience mowing or operating a bush hog on the runway.
