Runway needs to be weed wacked. There is quite a bit of loose gravel/asphalt on the taxiways, I was hesitant to do an engine run up. The food at the restaurant was good. With a little effort this could be a fine fly in.

Flew in on Sept 28, 2025. Runway is in a fine condition. Some cracks and small weeds here and there. No potholes. The transient parking is next to runway 21 side. The parking lines were faded so it was tough to see. No chain, only ropes were available. Don Reyes restaurant is right next to the parking area. Superb food, good service, and friendly waitress. Mercy Air medical transport has an office here and multiple helicopters. The city center is a few miles away.

The runway is fine. Some cracks but no weeds. Spent the night on a ferry flight to SFO area. Don Reyes and his family run a good restaurant! The carnitas were good. Come support this fine family !
