October 10, 2025Quite active airport with many student operations. Crowded zone generally east of LAX and south of ONT. Tower and ground personnel are welcoming and helpful and capable of managing the traffic fine. Plenty of areas to park. Nice terminal/FBO with cafe attached with welcoming staff. Praise to the fellow at Waypoint who checked our transponder at 4:50pm on a Friday for zero cost and provided us some necessary details about our device. Sam M.

August 29, 2023I landed here due to a leaking hydraulics from the nose strut on my C182 while flying in from Idaho. The mechanic at maintenance one, Kevin Booth met us personally after hours. Even dropped us off to the nearest rental car in his car. He didn’t charge us the exuberant prices one becomes accustomed to as an airplane owner. Finished the work within few hours and had us on our way. I will remember his kindness and would highly recommend him to anyone without reservations.
