May 25, 2024Flew passengers to Reno yesterday and stopped at the new Stellar Aviation FBO. Beautiful facility and very welcoming and useful personnel. CAA fuel. Simple to locate abeam the 17L numbers. Will certainly return.

September 16, 2023Had a rather mixed experience with Stellar. When I came for 2022 Air Races, I parked at Stellar East and had a wonderful experience. The plane was fueled and they had a rental car ready to go when we arrived. 2023 Air Races at Stellar West stunk. We were left stranded for 20 minutes outside the gates despite calling multiple times, the plane was not fueled after 24 hours and they were understaffed. The front desk employees were frustrated but somewhat impolite. Plan better people.

Ang: comsec mtrl storage available with prior cdn at 152 cf/scxs, dsn 830-4798.
Ang: ppr 24 hr pn rqrd.
Cold temperature airport. altitude correction required at or below -13c.
Designated Customs Landing: Ldg rights airport, ppr - call (775) 784-5585; aft hours ldg wo prior apvl na.
Glider/soaring oper 30-50 miles south of airport during vfr weather & mountain wave wind conditions 1100 to ss.
