December 3, 2025Parked at Aero for three nights while visiting with relatives in Georgia. Good service in and out!! Treated us like we were in a G5 and made my family and me feel like their top paying patrons. Made sure that we received any "perks" and discounts available and sent us off with fond memories of Aero and our promises to return shortly.

October 9, 2025Fun active GA friendly towered airport with some good on field dining.

July 25, 2025Self serve fuel near Elliot Aviation is blocked by their fuel trucks (likely on purpose) so you cannot approach the pump too closely. Today I could only take fuel on one side, not the opposite which caused a fuel imbalance. When I called the FBO they refused to move their fuel truck.

November 8, 20242 things for non local flyers--- If landing 3L and trying to land "shorter" to make the taxiway C exit, be mindful that tower will put some rather large jets between 3L and 3R waiting for takeoff authorization on 3R. If your timing is poor (like mine was today), you may end up with a big dose of jet blast in the flare as those jets get cleared for takeoff. Better to aim a bit longer if there's a jet holding between the runways. Second comment in a separate text

November 6, 2024My second comment for non local guys Was launching on an Angel Flight taking supplies to NC after the storm.Taxing from Atlantic, I was cleared "Taxi to Runway 3L via A, advise run-up complete". My run up was going to be brief since I had just landed. As I started for the hold line, I got cut off by someone else in the run up area who called "run up complete". Apparently what they meant was "taxi to the run up pad via A and advise run up complete. Await further clearance." Be cautious
