August 28, 2025Went to Jet because of CAA pricing. My error. 2 hours on the ramp, $500 handling charge, $200 parking charge, because I did not hit 100G mins (very high for single engine turboprop), nothing waived. They will not be getting my CAA vote this year. I'm finished with Jet. I do not usually do reviews but could not pass it up this occasion.

August 7, 2025They lined up my rental with "Go" and had it ready when we arrived. They made it very simple. From shut down to being in our rental car was probably 8 minutes. I typically overlook charges for quick service. I would return for sure. M600.
