Fuel is on a different ramp than the FBO, but right next to it. Pumps looked modern and in fine working condition. Only issue is that mixing in with jump operations is tough if you don't do it constantly. The $.01 difference in cost might make Bartow a better option if jump operations are happening at Lake Wales.

Unable to get fuel at this time because they are replacing the tie downs and parking spots around the Fuel Farm. 1/28/22

Used this airport as an IFR currency flight destination. The sell was the fuel price. Self service fuel pump worked as expected. The pump was not very well kept (tangled ground wire, hose reel does not lock without increased effort) but did the trick and the low cost of fuel allowed me to overlook the small pump problems. All in all, good stop over point. Didn’t use the FBO.
