Landed for short stop in C182. Good facilities. The linemen were helpful. Lots of big private jets.

Stopped in for two nights in August. Line guys were good, brought a car right out to the plane and assisted me load up. The FBO is well kept with fine facilities. Unfortunately I did not find their charges to be consistent with other operators. I would have used city parking had I known (ramp fee, security fee and facility fee). One night, one small Mooney (M20C) - $115.00. Buying 10 gallons of fuel waives the facility fee, but the fuel is far too costly! Go Rental quoted one rate and charged another. Left Thermal feeling like I’d really been taken advantage of.

No impressed with the CSR. Was a bit standoffish. Line service on the other hand were OUTSTANDING!!!
