We found it somewhat confusing with no assistance when we taxied to Regal Air on 9/6/23. They are a flight school so many of the tie downs are reserved for their training fleet. When we shut down in one of their tie down spots an instructor came over to direct us to a G.A. tie down. The tie down faces the 777’s parked on a closed taxiway. There is a grade, so be sure to set your parking brake before exiting, or have your passenger place chocks or tie down your plane before you exit.

The younger staff members are consistently cordial and useful. If you show up to find one or two senior ladies managing the desk, I suggest departing.

Don’t go here if you expect any standard FBO service. This is a flight school. They don’t have a crew car, don’t do rental cars (even though ForeFlight says they do). To finish it off they have no place to park a light twin overnight. Small singles only
