We initially faced some difficulties reaching KAGS, causing us to divert to KHQU. To our pleasant surprise, our experience here surpassed our expectations. Eli and Sonya at the front desk were superb. They were not only understanding but also went above and beyond in providing excellent customer service. Their friendly dispositions made us feel truly welcomed. We wholeheartedly give them five stars and highly recommend this spot!

Bad experience, they charged our credit card they had on file from fuel purchase for a gpu start when we were told there would not be. Will not be returning. Initially we were told no landing fee for April 6, after all arrangements were made (car, housing) they called back to say there would be event fee charged. So sad.

This FBO certainly needs an updated comment. Very welcoming and tidy facility. Was immediately greeted at the desk, did not have a difficult time locating a parking spot for the plane. The courtesy vehicles are brand new Ford Maverick trucks (very spotless). Had a brief talk with the desk attendant and was suggested some fine local places to dine. Will surely be coming back!
