December 23, 2025If you are planning to visit your initial Charlie Airport, this is the spot. Expert yet cordial controllers, and you can feel that they take satisfaction in keeping the sequence as streamlined as possible. Taxiways are quite straightforward so you will not become confused in the huge airport stress. I am based at FNT >> inexpensive hangars, good MX personnel, wonderful A&P (McClellan Aircraft), fine avionics technician (Lapeer Aviation), busy flying club (GFPA). FNT is the most welcoming Class C for GA.

APT Lighting Schedule: When atct closed actvt malsr runway 09 & 27; reil runway 18 & 36; hirl runway 09/27 & 18/36 - CTAF.
Birds & deer on & in vicinity of airport.
For cd when atct closed contact great lakes approach at 269-459-3345, when approach closed contact cleveland artcc at 440-774-0224/0490.
Fuel Types Available: 100ll available self svc at golf tees.
