Flew in late during some weather, and the personnel went above and beyond to make sure myself, the plane, and the passengers were taken care of. Line staff even held an umbrella for me as I checked the oil. Thank you again!

They did price match fuel to my CAA fuel card price. But where they went wrong was when I woke up the next morning for departure to find frost all over the plane. I requested a hangar for a couple hours to let it melt off. I explained how I was in a hurry to depart, they told me $250 for the hangar, after agreeing to pay it, then they changed the price to $400, which I felt was very excessive for 2 hours and 20 minutes of hangar.
