November 16, 2025Hello visitors, just some remarks from a local. Other comments stating how busy it is here are not exaggerating. KEUL has the most takeoffs and landings per year in the state of Idaho. Yes, more than KBOI. The reason? In part, it is home to the biggest helicopter school, and the second biggest fixed wing school in the state. It is kind of the GA hub of the treasure valley. The helicopters use TWY A as their runway. Treat it as such. Just go to KMAN or KBOI if you are visiting the valley.

September 17, 2025First off, gonna repeat a common tune from previous pilots. The helicopter traffic very busy and their radio calls are not standardized. Secondly, the Qumulus FBO is on the north side of the strip. The airport is unsecured, very limited to zero fence around the strip/ramp. if you park on the north side FBO there is a very well travelled roadway that is 30 yards from the ramp. If someone wanted to, they could walk from the road to the ramp and touch your plane. Beware.

July 14, 2025Qmulus FBO North side of airport I stopped there twice during Father's Day weekend. First stop I was met by the fueler he immediately took my fuel request. Second day I had to call and waited about 20 minutes for the refueler to come by. But on a positive note Lisa, a managers there at the FBO was super kind and while I was waiting , drove to a local restaurant to pick me up something to eat. Then refused to take a tip when I tried to offer. Super nice and considerate. FBO & bathrooms are clean
