James is certainly awesome. Very helpful and responsive. Had rental car ready when we showed up. Also had the plane fueled the following morning. What a good place to visit when there is a cool FBO.

James was the best! He brought our rental car right to the plane after we arrived in our C210 (called in advance). He had plane fueled and ready to go for our departure on Sun. Grass tie downs available and in fine condition on SE side of airport. Plan well though- turning on grass will result in slippage which may require you to push the aircraft manually- not fun in a ~3,400 lb 210! There is a large concrete pad available in good condition just south of the approach end of 26- no tie downs there so bring chocks.

Absolutely spectacular service! Arranged for us to have a hanger, car, and fuel in a timely fashion. Really committed to helping travelers have a good experience and Drummond Island. I look forward to seeing them again.
