"Except for ordinary wear, I agree that I am responsible for all damage to, or loss of, the vehicle, loss of use, diminished value, and missing equipment while the vehicle is in my care, custody and contral agree to provide vehicle liability, collision, and comprehensive insurance covering the vehicle and any occupants."
