We flew in from Iceland Greenland Canada to clear customs in Buffalo today. We went to Signature Aviation. The front desk gal named Pam was superb to deal with. I had left my prescription glasses on a G450. Another crew had taken overseas and was planning to fly back into Buffalo. I contacted the front desk initially talked to Dan who put me in touch with Kristina Yerger who never missed a beat. She got a hold of me within 15 minutes. Had my glasses in her hand. Got my information and shipped it. FedEx to be delivered at my doorstep the next day. I very much appreciate the follow-through and the care that she took along with Dan. Thank you, Kristina
