Slower compared to the line at the DMV. I could've started ,taxied over to modern get fuel there ,taxi back and still would've been waiting for them to fuel me up.

Very pleasant personnel. Fine crew lounge with snacks. Spotless restrooms. Courtesy car has a 2hr limit. Access fee waived with 10 gal AVGAS. Near customs. I'll return!

I’ve been going to this place for years now—well before I even had any of my ratings. I’ve never had a problem with the service here, that is until the previous night. I had flown up from the Portland area to discover that the crew car is now restricted to 21+, essentially eliminating the point of even going through a FBO. If you are 21+, this is the same Signature FBO that you may or may not know and appreciate, but if you are under 21, head on over to Modern Aviation and they’ll look after you.

New policy as of the start of June that they will not provide a crew car to anyone under the age of 21. Be warned. Otherwise still as fine as ever, but made the visit a bit tough.

Worst FBO I've been to this year. Getting any assistance for pax or crew was like pulling teeth. And I purchased almost 1100 gals of fuel. Drizzling rain, pax not offered a ride to plane or even an umbrella, no help loading baggage. Never again!!

If you do not require fuel they assess a facility charge even for Angel Flights. For my Bonanza that was $50.

I arrived in a C182 and parked on the ramp for three hours. $225 ramp charge.

Visited here a few days ago for a quick stop. All linemen and girls at the desk were fine. Johnathan did a good job getting us everything we need quickly and accurately. Thanks!
