Travis and the whole ramp team were exceptional. It was brutally hot and they were helpful and cheerful and went way beyond the expected to assist with the fueling process. SGH is a very fine airport with two long runways. Can't praise these good people enough.

The personnel at the Springfield FBO was outstanding. Ian and Travis had everything we needed from the rental car keys, tie down straps, and some extra food during the 2024 eclipse. We were able to get in and see the Wright Brothers’ Huffman Prairie Flying Field and the National Museum of the US Air Force. Ian refueled us and we departed in under 24 hours of arriving. It’s a good airport with fine accommodations and people.

Flew here to get ice cream right down the road at Young's Dairy. Just a heads up, the FBO does not permit the crew car to be used after hours. Fortunately a gentleman was charging his electric car at the charging station and was kind enough to offer us a ride. Overall fine airport and good ice cream if you can secure a ride. Had no luck with Uber's here either.
