November 4, 2025The controller at KMCN was amazing and very helpful. After I exited the runway, my tire went flat and the maintenance crew came out and assisted right away. I later received an invoice showing 6 hours of labor, so I called and spoke with Lee Higdon at H2 Aero services. He said he was told it took 3 hours with 2 people and when I told him it was about 2, he replied, “Just say it’s 4 hours and never call me again if you get stuck, this is some bullshit” then hung up. Very unprofessional.

February 1, 2025Flew into KMCN today. I have never met a kinder controller. We were unfamiliar with the airport and he was more than happy to assist and even let the fbo know we were going to need fuel. A+ experience. Hope I get to go back soon.
