September 8, 2025Shelter cove was socked in, so we diverted to Little River. Ended up being a fine change of plans. Norm lined us out on getting a rental car, and we spent a few hours exploring the beach and small towns. These little gems of GA flying are a fun discovery.

August 26, 2025Beautiful airport, the runway is well kept. Norm came over as soon as we parked and offered to assist getting us into town. Rex came over in a fine SUV and drove us down to Mendocino. He gave a tour-guide experience about the town and attractions along the way. Extremely welcoming people and town. The cliff view is a must visit. I love this airport. Plenty of tie downs with good chains.

August 10, 2025Norm's a gem. Flew in from KSQL to walk around town and grab lunch. Did an appropriate amount of planning for the flight and none for when we arrived. Norm not only met us at the plane, he Immediately arranged for us to have a rental car. Norm was gracious and friendly. Happy to have met him and his electric trike.
