April 19, 2025On our trip to Gulf Shores we landed our Cessna 182 at Gulf Air Center on 3/14/25. Our rental car was ready, air conditioning running. Good welcoming service. Got us in a hangar as severe weather was approaching. We would highly recommend Gulf Air Center for anyone flying into Gulf Shores.

September 1, 2024Fantastic views of Mobile Bay and the Gulf coast upon arrival. The FBO was good to work with. They are full service and if you arrange car rental through Gulf Air Center they will have it waiting for you on the ramp. Access to ramp for departure begins at 7 AM. You can take your car right out to your plane and load up. Leave the rental car on the ramp with the keys in it. Wonderful experience!

Caution: hop at or blw 300 ft MSL wi 1 nm of jka when landing/dep helipad located 1.6 nm E, directly under runway 27 final. nolf barin located 6 miles NE of ap may be mistaken for jack edwards ntl ap. hi vol of mil traffic will be oprg in the barin field traffic pat from surface to 3000 ft AGL.
Extsv banner towing, hel and para-sail operations along coastline 15 nm miles W to 20 nm E of gulf shores/orange beach, and 15 nm wsw to 20 nm ese of jka.
Freq 122.7 for UNICOM use only.
