North east Ohio Regional was a wonderful facility that had a very helpful manager Derick M. They accommodated us with a heated hangar for the night (for a fee) and a passcode to enter the hanger. Once inside the FBO the noted features are the very clean restrooms, along with the cozy and comfortable lounge while we waited for our ride to arrive. Offered us coffee and a snack as well! Overall 10/10 airport and 10/10 helpful service. We will return. Don't forget to sign their guest book!

Arrived on a Sunday for a nearby family gathering. First time utilizing this airport. Not manned on Sundays. I expected the FBO to be locked up. To my surprise, it was open. Looked recently updated. Crew car was available with the keys on the counter! This is a good airport. Looking forward to arriving again when staffed. Self service fuel was available.

Fantastic Team at HZY went above and beyond the needed for us. We were told the day before our arrival that the crew car would be available but they did not take reservations. When we arrived the crew car and the maintenance truck were being used. The airport management team insisted that one of them take us everywhere we needed to go in their personal vehicle. They would not allow us to reimburse them for any of it. That is customer service beyond our expectation.
