Well kept airport with good signage and markings. The airport is only a couple of miles from downtown Delaware. I was able to use an electric scooter to get to fine restaurants, however ride share providers are available. Was able to stay overnight with fuel purchase. Friendly county run FBO.

Stopped for an overnight stay and when i came back manager assisted to tug plane over for fuel. Very helpful. Landing fee was waived with 10 gallons. No crew car but there is some type of shuttle available for local use.

Landed succumbing to 50kt headwinds traveling back from South Carolina coast to Detroit for fairly priced 100LL in a Cessna 210. Exiting the plane immediately noticed a broken cable in the nose wheel bay. Knew it retracts the passenger entry step. Got fuel and Bill at this very well appointed Municipal Airport was generous to provide a needle nose pliers and a pair of gloves. Of course my toolbox was at home with my hat and gloves. It was 30 degrees on the ramp. Broken cable removed and I was on my way. Good airport and staff. Counting my blessings!
