September 2, 2025Visited for 4 days over Labor Day. Very new fine FBO. Beautiful facility with one super long, ex Cold War runway. We rented a car from enterprise, which was delivered right to our plane. Visited the fabulous shipwreck museum at whitefish pt. And then on to Grand Marais.

September 2, 2023This is a gem of an airport with a brand new GA facility and good runways. It was a previous B52 base military base Fine amenities for pilots and passengers They created a customs waiting lounge so you can exit aircraft and wait for customs officers if approved A community hanger is available if you need to get out of weather Fuel is delivered to your aircraft Highly recommend this facility if visiting the upper UP
