Really fine runway and a small but good unattended "FBO" building. I arrived via car so did not get Av gas. However, NO TIE DOWNS. not even any anchors in the turf for your own ropes. i was happy for the heads-up in the remarks. I also needed a rental car so i went to KTVC instead

Would be good if the airport would use some of the funds they're collecting for landing fees to have a hangar available in the winter season. Or better yet have someone be able to answer inquiries when you try to call. 3 years straight with voicemails left multiple times and I've yet to receive a reply. Outside of that the airport is in close proximity to everything so that's fine.
