Be careful on night landings, the south runway edge lights are out. There is a very bright white light near the rotating beacon which makes identifying hard far from the field.

Runway is in fine condition. Airport manager was very friendly and accommodating and even offered to hangar my plane for free overnight if needed due to incoming weather. Tie down spots are very hard to see, but they’re there. McConnelsville is a good downtown with some nice food options, but transportation options are limited. There is no courtesy car. Fuel is available but is not self service, contact the airport manager in advance to make arrangements.
