The shop on the east side of the field is good. Griggs Aircraft does major modifications, paint, and avionics. Fine, honest, fairly valued work. It is a distinct airport to land at. There is a fine pizza joint in the adjacent shopping center by the Giant Foods supermarket. About a half mile walk. Be careful taxiing in the longer grass.

I do not think there has been any parachute jumping at this location in many years, perhaps it should be taken off as a parachute jump zone?
