Taxi way to runway 02 still shows closed on airport diagram. Spoke to airport owner / City Hall, reporting it is truly OPEN (since on or before 2015)

Coming here at nighttime can certainly be a difficulty. Airport beacon is quite faint and tough to spot; took several tries to get the airport lighting to activate. Wasn't able to reach FBO. Called them both at noon and around 5pm.

I have operated at this airport over the past 3 years as an air ambulance pilot and was actually based here for a year. Occasionally if not often, the runway lights are Inop or intermittent. Winter fall and spring produce very frequent fog that forms in minutes from clear skies to visibility less than 1/4. So always have alternate fuel. The airport manager listed is no longer the manager.
