September 2, 2025Landed on 9/1/25 in a 172. Runway blacktop appeared to have been sealed fairly recently. Runway condition around a 3/5. Somewhat bumpy but had no concerns with a soft-field technique. Some center lines are wavy which is amusing to observe. Did not use fuel facilities but they seemed dilapidated with the hose strewn on the ground. New management is onsite and apparently working to refurbish the airport. Departing runway 3 provides much better obstacle clearance compared to 21

September 1, 2024Runway has weeds growing thru cracks and edges not cleared of gravel/debris Water might pool in large spots, bad runoff Birds/geese/ducks on or near approach end 03 due to pond close by No fuel or hangers or maint. obtainable Restrooms / lounge is obtainable but might not be air conditioned

July 1, 2024What could be a charming small town strip has been ignored to the point of being dangerous for most GA operations. The fuel pumps are rusting away, windsocks in tatters, ramp and runway breaking up, and many hangars are open junk storage. I'm sure the skydivers and powered parachutes are happy to have the parallel grass field to operate, but as a FAASTeam member I suggest that GA go elsewhere. Please consider fixing it up--could be wonderful with some TLC.
